Sadly, the apartment complex where I live is serviced by Sky Satellite, or Sky Connect or whatever they call themselves. We have no say in who provides our television service. This company decided out of nowhere to close my account with them and open one in my wife's name at the same address. However, they cut off our HBO, HBO Max, MAX or whatever they call it these days. The customer service rep could not get our HBO back. We did nothing to deserve this. This service is supposed to be included with our rent. The leasing office tells us to call these clowns and they tell us to call DirecTV and there is no accountability nor is there ever a fix.
